Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders ship within 2 business days within Malaysia. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Our daily cut off time is at 1600hrs. Any orders that comes in after 1600hrs will be processed on the next working day.
Please email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org to review the status of your order, should the delivery exceeded more than 5 days. Should we experience a surge of orders, shipment may be delayed. Any significant delay in shipment, we will inform you accordingly. Shipment for any orders outside Malaysia, please email to email@example.com as to check on the feasibility.

Loss or Damage Shipment
All purchases from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

SAJO Bio Health is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that the goods were purchased in the last 30 days ; The goods are in good condition & in the original packaging .You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the address stated in our contact below. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
Exchange ( if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please drop us a message at sajobiohealth.com or whatsapp at +6011 1313 2166 with photos of damaged items as a proof.
